Booking Terms

Terms and Conditions:

Gulu Private Resort is a family-owned Resort with en-suite and self-catering accommodation, function and conference facilities. Sleeping 20 guests in total. There is a security gate with a code to enter the establishment. Please ensure the gate close behind you before driving off.

♦ No music to be played from any vehicles at any time or place on the premises.         

♦ Prices are current and subject to change without notice. 

♦ Please don’t rinse any leftover food down the toilets as the FAT will block the drains.

♦ No Smoking allowed inside the premises or bedrooms, a fine of R2 000,00 per day will be levied, as well as the cleaning of curtains, linen, furniture, etc.  – No cigarettes tossed into gardens, please use the numerous ash trays at the bar and black buckets outside. You are only permitted to smoke outside. 

♦ Please make use of the sanitary bins provided.

♦ All facilities & amenities used at own risk.       

♦ IMPORTANT: Please do not feed any animals on the premises. Please do not open windows wider than 6cm, our friendly monkeys will pay your room a visit and eat whatever you have available – they are not aggressive, but very opportunistic. Please do not take anything out of the dog’s on sites mouth. Call reception to assist.

♦ Do not use the canoes at any time without a life jacket. No swimming, wading or bathing is allowed in the Gulu River.  

♦ No additional guests allowed to sleep over, unless prior arrangements have been made with Reception via email. Should you make a booking for less than 16 guests and additional guests stay over without arranging this with the property manager a fine of R500,00 per night per extra guest will be charged.

♦ Quotes are valid for 2 days (48h) only

♦ Bookings work on first come first served basis, therefore no quotes are confirmed or binding before receipt of completed and signed booking form. Proof of Payment of deposit and Covit-19 questions are complete and sent to info@guluprivateresort.co.za.
